Job Description

The Staff Pharmacist interprets physicians’ medication orders and maintains patient medication profiles. This position prepares, dispenses, and distributes medications and provides drug information to physicians, hospital personnel, community pharmacies, health agencies, and hospitals. At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Staff Pharmacist Skills & Responsibilities.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.

Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy with a PharmD or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.

Shift: Rotating 7-3, 8-4, 3-11, 11-7

Hours Per Week: 16
