Position: Lead Residential Youth Counselor

Current Openings:

• Sunday - Wednesday 2:30pm-10:30pm (or 3pm-11pm)
• Wednesday - Saturday 2:30pm-10:30pm (or 3pm-11pm)

Job Description:
Park Place Gorham is a small, therapeutic residential group home for six boys ages 7-13. Our Group Home Workers provide daily structure and care for the children and work to provide support, behavioral management skills, crisis intervention and a constructive environment to help them fulfill their potential and set them on a path for success. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our residents and creating a positive staff culture.

Qualifications:

• Have a completed High School Diploma, 90 completed credits from an accredited college or university preferred,
• Leadership experience,
• Experience working with children with mental health and behavioral challenges,
• BHP certification preferred,
• CRMA, CPR, First Aid and Safety Care preferred,
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
