Your daily interactions will be with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans over the phone, providing guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options. As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you will become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services, consulting with participants in retirement plans to identify needs and offer solutions that can change their futures. NOTE: This position has a June 17th 2024 start date. Shifts are assigned between 8:00 AM and 7:15pm Eastern, Monday - Friday and NOT available for 100% remote work.
What you have- Series 7, 63 (or equivalent), required with registration in all 50 states.
- Validated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven passion for helping, servicing and educating others; strong client-focus and the desire to form relationships during each interaction
- Superior listening skills and analyzing account information to better understand client needs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in order to adhere to policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve
- Adopt mentoring and feedback for continuous improvement
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
