Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elementary Maternity Leave Coverage

Duration: April 22 May 24, Contract Position

Location: Texas (TX)

Caseload Details:

• Elementary School
• Total Caseload: 71 students
• Majority (3/4) of caseload is straight articulation
• Most students attend sessions once weekly
• Seamless transition into existing schedule
• 2 students for testing due in May
• Progress reports required

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to elementary students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Prepare progress reports for assigned students
• Support a positive and respectful learning environment

Requirements:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Texas
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Familiarity with progress reporting procedures
