Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
ProCare Therapy is in need of a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in the upcoming school year.
Start Date: September 3, 2024
End Date: May 31, 2025
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM CST
This role involves working closely with a caseload of 10-20 students, catering to their diverse needs in either a middle school or high school setting. Candidates should be ready to provide compassionate assistance and guidance to students with varying abilities.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in educational support roles is advantageous
- Ability to effectively engage and assist students with special needs
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Adaptability to accommodate changing student requirements and schedules
- Compliance with state regulations for paraprofessional certification
