Job Description Coordinate all functions of the grain export process including the procurement of bookings, scheduling of drayage haulers, tracking of weights and grades, and communicating all pertinent information to the customer and to our Accounting Department.
In addition, this position performs other administrative duties in support of domestic grain purchases and sales as well as local logistic activities.Duties/Activities Required by Job Procure & Manage Export Bookings, complete Export documentation & BOL's Schedule Trucks for Container Shipping, track Weights and Grades of outbound grain, through VDAC's (VA Department of Agriculture Consumer Services) system . VDAC works as agent for
USDA Communicating all pertinent information to the customer and to our Accounting Department. Ensure Safety Guidelines are followed Personal Development- participate in training and development activities offered Following training, the employee will travel up to 10% monthly to the different granariesEducations/Experience Requirements B.S Accounting
or related field Preferred, 1-3 years Evidence of strong customer service skills, strong math, written, and verbal skills, and highly competent in relevant computer programs.
