Bartender Waitress

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage service guidelines
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Skills:
- Banquet experience is a plus
- Proficient in bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of food safety practices when handling beverages and ingredients
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and standards of service
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patrons
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Brewing knowledge for beer selection and recommendations
- Food handling expertise for garnishing drinks or serving bar snacks
- Cash register proficiency for accurate transactions

Hourly pay and Tips:

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Salary: Competitive Pay per hour Plus Tips

Expected hours: 40 per week (or more if willing to work)
