Baker

Prepares baked goods.
Follows manual to produce various breads, pastries, donuts and sandwiches
General Accountabilities
Bakes pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries.
Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
Prepare frozen dough or batter to be baked.
Molds dough into loaves or desired shapes.
Places shaped dough in greased or floured pans.
Spreads or sprinkles topping such as cream, chocolate, and nuts.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: A few months to 1 year of related experience
