Job Description:
Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician specializing in Tool and Die and Press Machine maintenance. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of equipment, with a focus on tooling and press machines. Key responsibilities include:

Tool and Die Maintenance:
Inspect, repair, and maintain tooling equipment such as molds, dies, and fixtures.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of tools.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Press Machine Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on press machines to identify and address potential issues.
Perform adjustments, alignments, and repairs on press components to maintain productivity and quality.
Monitor press machine performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with industrial equipment.
Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts to restore functionality.
Utilize diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.

Preventive Maintenance Program:
Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment.
Document maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacement, to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and regulations.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to equipment maintenance and operation.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on tool and die and press machine maintenance.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of machining processes and equipment, including CNC machinery, presses, and stamping equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
