Payne Pre-Owned Harlingen Salesperson

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Salesperson to join the team at Payne Pre-Owned Harlingen. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right pre-owned vehicles to meet their needs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales effectively.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
- Provide information about available inventory and options
- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate prices and sales contracts
- Close sales and follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

**Additional Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years
• Must have or be able to get a Texas driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
