Lot Attendant

Job Summary:
The Lot Attendant at Acura of Stamford is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, located in Stamford, Connecticut. This role is an individual contributor, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Lot Attendant position pays $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, and is paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, this position offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Keep the dealership lot clean and organized, including moving vehicles to designated locations
- Ensure the efficient flow of vehicles on the lot, including arranging and detailing new and used vehicles
- Monitor and report any damages or repairs needed for vehicles on the lot
- Assist with managing inventory, including organizing keys and maintaining accurate records
- Support the sales team by retrieving and delivering vehicles to and from the dealership lot
- Assist with customer test drives and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dealership or similar setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
