Detailer

Job Summary: The Detailer at Dutch Miller's Beckley Auto Mall is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of all vehicles on the lot. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The Detailer will work full-time on an hourly basis and will report to the Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to maintain a high-quality appearance
- Clean and vacuum interiors of vehicles
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any inventory needs to management
- Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled and staged for display on the lot
- Assist in organizing and moving vehicles in the lot as needed
- Report any damages or issues with vehicles to management
- Address and resolve any customer concerns regarding the cleanliness of their vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
