BE PART OF THE CONNECTION: 

 

You focus to define, develop, document and test new client-facing products as well as continue to improve existing products through feature and operational enhancements. You provide accurate, creative and professional product deliverables including: complete product requirements, performance analytics, product status, business cases and process improvement recommendations. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

 

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE: 

  • Identify client needs through the selection of research needed to obtain market information. 
  • Review product specifications and define requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines.
  • Appraise new product ideas, and marketing programs and product training materials to ensure successful product launches.
  • Evaluate and assess the market to create targeted marketing programs, develop promotions and recommend pricing.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop unique strategies for product lines, enhance marketing efforts and provide guidance on future product enhancements. 

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise  

 

Required qualifications: 

Experience: Six or more years of experience in telecommunications, software and online services; Six or more years of experience in product development or management in a specific product line. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 
Technical skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. 
Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills. 
Abilities: Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change; Ability to show business acumen, sense of urgency and initiative to accomplish job duties. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

• Experience with MSO video product architectures and lifecycle workflows.
• Experience with IP Video and CDN architectures
• Experience with major varieties of Digital Rights Management (DRM) and Content Protection
• Experience working with a wide variety of technical and operational stakeholders on large complex projects.
• Advanced skills in all Microsoft suite of products.
