Looking for a dedicated team member who will work in our shipping and receiving department helping to move product out the door and also receive materials into the facility.

* Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
* Must posses the ability to read, write, and perform basic shop math. Comprehend and interpret written or verbal instructions, requests, labels, records, etc.
* Requires the use of judgment to plan, perform, make decisions to comply with the scheduling and instructions for shipping / receiving and warehousing of final product, raw materials, and any other product, or service.
* Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job which includes, but is not limited to continuously, frequently, or occasionally lifting / pushing / pulling 25 lbs or more. Standing, walking, climbing, and crouching 8 hours a day.
* Perform all aspects of shipping, receiving and warehousing may or may not include, counting, weighing, packaging, labeling, loading, unloading, storing, organizations of product, materials, or other items
* Computer use with knowledge in shipping and receiving programs desired
* Must successfully complete all training programs associated with plant operations or OSHA regulations.
* Perform these and other duties as requested by the Team Leader, Group Leader, or other members of the Management Team.
* Participate in Cost Reduction Process.
* Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, tugger, etc.
* Fill in for the tugger when needed.
* Participate/engage in the department's HPT (High Performance Team).

This position is considered 1st shift working 8am-4pm with overtime when needed. The starting rate is $20.25 with progression increases after the probationary period. There is a retention bonus paid out over the 1st 90 days.

High School Diploma or 3 years of work history is required. Background checks are required.
