We are currently seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker who is dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating manual machinery, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our standards.
Tool and Die Maker''s Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual machinery and equipment (mills, lathes, grinders).
- Assemble dies and sub-assemblies from drawings.
- Disassemble, inspect, assess, repair, and sharpen dies to specifications.
- Perform final inspection of parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Skill and Requirements for Tool and Die Maker:
- Manual Machining experience.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Ability to handle multiple assigned tasks efficiently.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
