Maintenance Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in mechanical work and equipment to lead safety initiatives, manage daily work routines and support capital project implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience leading safety initiatives in terms of mechanical work and equipment

• Proven ability to supervise a mechanics team

• Proficiency in managing daily work routines/loading of team, including outages

• Experience managing work order and preventative maintenance work for team

• Ability to request quotes for equipment, labor and spare parts as needed

• Experience supporting mechanical spare parts inventory

• Availability for support if needed outside of regular business hours

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems

• Familiarity with pumps and bearings

• Proficiency in Vibration Analysis

• Experience with Equipment rebuilds (pumps, bearings, etc.)

• Ability to understand system schematics

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with CMMS Software

Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives pertaining to mechanical work and equipment

• Supervise a team of 2 mechanics

• Manage daily work routines/loading of the team, including outages

• Handle work order management and preventative maintenance tasks for the team

• Request quotes for equipment, labor and spare parts as required

• Support the mechanical spare parts inventory

• Support capital project implementation when required

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
