Shift:
- 1st and 2nd
- $16-$18.40 an hour
- Temp to Hire- Based on attendance and quality of work!
- Friendly, clean, temperature-controlled facility with a great work culture!
- Responsible for the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines
- Makes complex repairs and major adjustments to assembly equipment, including set-ups and changeovers. (e.g., sharpening/conditioning, checking height of spring-loaded pins, keying features, bend stations, insertion stations).
- Replaces sensors, punches, dies, stock components, air cylinders, belts, etc.
- Performs quality checks per the quality inspection plan (QIP), documents specified measurements per print at required intervals. Uses height indicator, ram optic, gauges, and microscopic visual checks.
- Performs daily/weekly/monthly preventive and routine machine maintenance.
- Adjusts housing feed based on associated standards.
- Identifies and re-sets machine faults, clears jams, restarts production, removes and packages
finished product.
- The ability to lift-up to 50 pounds from floor to table.
- Comfortable wearing steel toed shoes & necessary PPE gear
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year experience required
