  • 1st and 2nd
Pay-rate: 
  • $16-$18.40 an hour
Job Details:
  • Temp to Hire- Based on attendance and quality of work!
  • Friendly, clean, temperature-controlled facility with a great work culture!
  • Responsible for the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines
  • Makes complex repairs and major adjustments to assembly equipment, including set-ups and changeovers. (e.g., sharpening/conditioning, checking height of spring-loaded pins, keying features, bend stations, insertion stations).
  • Replaces sensors, punches, dies, stock components, air cylinders, belts, etc.
  • Performs quality checks per the quality inspection plan (QIP), documents specified measurements per print at required intervals. Uses height indicator, ram optic, gauges, and microscopic visual checks.
  • Performs daily/weekly/monthly preventive and routine machine maintenance.
  • Adjusts housing feed based on associated standards.
  • Identifies and re-sets machine faults, clears jams, restarts production, removes and packages
    finished product.
Job Requirements:
  • The ability to lift-up to 50 pounds from floor to table.
  • Comfortable wearing steel toed shoes & necessary PPE gear
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year experience required
