Inventory Control Specialist - Full-time

Express Employment is looking for Production Workers for our valued client in Niles, OH. 

 

Shift: 1st - 5am - 3:30pm

 

Pay: $16.50/hr

 

Essential Functions:

1. Manage ERP system as it relates to receiving against purchase orders and inventory control
2. Generates outbound shipments with UPS and FedEx
3. Full understanding of material requirements, supplier delivery schedules, and assists with identifying potential part shortages to meet production expectations.
4. Assemble kitting for production floor
5. Evaluate inventory of purchased material and for driving inventory reduction initiatives, process improvement and other inventory management tools
6. Interacts with customer for all pick-up orders by contractors and ensures paperwork is signed and product picked up matches order
7. Coordinates with Yardman to load product for customer
8. Maintain 5S standard in work environment
9. All other duties assigned

Experience, Education, & License Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience or working in production

Skills & Abilities:

• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous experience in a customer service role and working with a diverse team
• Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
