Customer Correspondence Specialist

ABR has partnered with a company in Wausau with immediate openings in customer service seeking detail-oriented Customer Correspondence Specialists to join the team.

This is a Full-Time Direct Hire opportunity for dependable candidates seeking an administrative position.

Wage: $16.50 starting based on experience

Hours: M-F 8a.m.-4:30p.m.

Job Duties:

• Complete letters accurately, through the proper method
• Retain copies of correspondence sent
• Supervise assigned queues to ensure work is completed timely
• Capture activities that took place on account
• Assist in running daily reports
• Administrative duties including supervising front desk, accounting service tasks, and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior collections and/or CSR experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different groups/individuals in a professional manner
• Excellent analytical skill set with great attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and handle multiple tasks with high level of efficiency and flexibility
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Understanding of basic math concepts and ability to apply training/instructional methods and procedures appropriately
• Strong administrative skill set including using a computer, fax, telephone application, data entry, and creating reports
• Ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
