Oracle EBS System Analyst

Position: Oracle EBS - System Analyst (Inventory) Duration: 6+ Months contract Location: Columbus, OH – Hybrid (2 days onsite) Job Description: Oracle EBS - System Analyst (Inventory) Role Overview: The Oracle EBS System Analyst will support inventory transactions and processess. This is an IT support role, that will require collaboration with other application teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Systems and Business Process Analysis: Understand and document current inventory-related business procedures. Identify areas for improvement and optimization, especially as it relates to inventory related batch jobs. When inventory is out of balance, determine if the root cause is due to a technology or business process issue. 2. Support: o Resolve incidents and close requests in Service Now. o Monitor inventory related batch jobs, rerunning failed jobs or re-processing failed transactions as needed. o Monitor inventory related integrations, identifying and resolving issues quickly, to minimize business impacts. Enhancements & Projects: Work closely with the Supply Chain IT team to make enhancements related to shipping, receiving, and inventory adjustments. Perform EBS related cutover tasks, in support our migration to a new Warehouse Management System Qualifications: Proven experience as a System Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Technical Consultant Strong understanding of EBS modules related to Inventory. Experience with custom development, preferably APEX. Experience writing queries and extracting data from Oracle databases. Be on-site at the Columbus, OH office a minimum of 2 days per week. Must be available to work periodic weekends to support cutovers. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
