Finisher

We are searching for a Finisher to support our Anodizing department. Our desired team member should be goal-driven with integrity, have grit and a passion for putting lifesaving equipment in the hands of our first responders.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for applying finishes to component parts used in our products and operating the finishing line equipment in the department.

Racks and un-racks component parts.

Runs parts according to the print and “recipe” specific to each part.

Measures coating thickness.

Keeps production equipment and work zone clean and orderly.

Assists in the routine maintenance of production equipment.

Measures and records wastewater quality.

Measures and records concentration levels in various tanks.

Disposes of waste material, if any.

QUALIFICATIONS

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience in metal finishing, plating, or anodizing processing is highly desired by not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods of time, lift/carry/push objects weighing 50 pounds, crouch/kneel, bend, reach, and handle/grasp objects.

Positive attitude with a bias for action.
