Job Description

This position will source, screen, and onboard Installers to complete residential home improvement projects. 

Crew2 is seeking an Independent Contractor Recruiter for our Midwest fulfillment region. The qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform at a high level. This position is very hands-on and is a high-volume recruitment role. This position reports to the Compliance Leader and will support the recruitment for all subcontractor installation labor. The ideal candidate should have strong residential flooring (tile, carpet, wood, vinyl), cabinet and project management skills. Applicants should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be goal orientated. They should also be able to work well individually with minimal supervision and as a team.

 

Essential Functions

  • Maintains workforce to support volume and skills required of customer requests through effective recruitment practices. Monitors and ensures installation contractor workforce is balanced according to company standards and guidelines- Provides feedback to installers regarding installation outcomes vs. client expectations.
  • Cold call, setup phone screenings or conduct face to face meetings with interested contractors to provide more company and program insights.
  • Develops sources of qualified contractors, screens, evaluates qualifications, and conducts meetings, ensure to meet client’s compliance requirements.
  • Manage the Recruiting needs list and transition approved contractors to the Compliance & Field team for onboarding.
  • Maintains data on recruitment activities, retention, meetings, notes, and contractor terminations.
  • Obtain and review prospective contractor’s labor rates to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Supports Field & Compliance team in getting contractors through the onboarding process and activation process.
  • Day-to-day point of contact for recruiting and onboarding topics
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Education & Experience

  • High School or equivalent
  • 2-4 years applicable job experience

  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and effectively handle interpersonal relationships with others
  • Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate agreement between parties with different perspectives
