IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT support engineer who can provide technical support and troubleshooting to our internal and external customers. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing hardware, software, and network equipment. You will also provide training and guidance to users on how to use various IT systems and applications.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You should also have at least seven years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should be familiar with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, and other common software applications. You should also have knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
