Job Description
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a LVN. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

LVN Hours
· Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs, evenings and nights are currently our greatest needs.
· Every other weekend off.
· Able to start any day during the week (M-F)
LVN Compensation
The pay for this position is $29.00 an hour + $2.00 for weekend work
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
LVN Responsibilities
· Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
· Perform computer data entry – Receive full training
· Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, NTSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
LVN Requirements
· Must possess valid LVN license
· 2+ years of experience preferred
