Warehouse Clerk
Hours:1st shift 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $20.00/HR
Job Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing tasks related to receiving products, stocking, replenishment, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Fill customer orders by pulling products from inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipping, following specified shipping instructions.
- Prepare required shipping documents.
- Load and unload products from trucks
- Responsible for inventory maintenance and regular stock rotation in the warehouse
- Take part in inventory counts.
- Enter, change, or modify sales orders in the computer.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas.
- Other tasks/duties as directed.
Requirements
- Possess basic computer skills to track inventory.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Able to operate work assist vehicles; forklifts, pallet jacks and carts to move palletized stock to locations.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma / Degree preferred.
- 1-year professional experience
