Are you an experienced Class A OTR driver looking for an incredible lease purchase opportunity? Look no further! Our team is seeking dedicated drivers like you to join us on a rewarding journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Class A OTR driving experience within the past 3 years.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last three years (excluding major violations).
- Maximum of 2 incidents in the last three years (non-DOT Reportable Preventable).
- No more than six jobs in the last three years.
- No felonies within the last ten years (misdemeanors reviewed case by case).
- No DUIs in a personal vehicle within the last 10 years; only 1 in a lifetime.
- No DUIs in a commercial vehicle or failed/refused DOT drug/alcohol test ever.
- Accepting drivers with auto restrictions.
Job Details:
- Average weekly take-home after expenses: $2300-$2500.
- Average weekly miles: 2700-3200.
- Average length of haul: 850 miles.
- 100% no-touch freight, with 75% drop and hook.
- Direct customers, no spot market loads.
- $0 initial payment, no credit check required, walkaway lease with $1 buyout option.
- Reefer grosses approximately $4700-$5650+ weekly, with pay starting at $1.65-$1.67 per mile (based on experience including FSC).
- Base rate of 1.29-1.32 per mile plus FSC (Fuel Surcharge), which changes weekly (current rate: $0.35 cpm).
- Lease payment: $308 per week with $0.28 per mile on all miles. If taking a week off, only pay $308 per week.
- Trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and are Freightliner Cascadia models.
- Company covers expenses such as maintenance, base plates, 2290, tolls (provides EZ Pass), reefer fuel, and other fees.
Driver Responsibilities:
- Driving more miles results in a faster truck payoff.
- Weekly net is your true weekly net as you never have to go out of pocket for any repairs, tires, standard maintenance (oil change, new wipers, etc.) as it is covered in $0.07 per mile maintenance for trucks under 400K miles and $0.12 per mile for all trucks after 400K miles.
- The lease buyout is $1 with no balloon payment, with the option to walk away anytime.
