Building/Ground Maintenance
Monday-Friday
7am-5pm
$17.75

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Upkeep of grounds in outdoor areas, including grass, trees, shrubs and other general landscaping
  • Clear walkways and parking lots of debris, snow, leaves, etc. with use of skid loaders, forklifts and general equipment
  • General maintenance or minor repair of structures, fences, etc. as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Be reliable, and take pride in their work

Qualifications
•
Have an attention to detail
•
Have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
•
Have the ability to work all day on your feet, and able to lift up to 60 lbs
•
Be able to work in outdoor weather conditions
