Assistant managers are responsible for overseeing all store operations during the absence of the store manager. Assistant managers shall be able to perform all operational functions in the store. These employees need to be able to recognize immediate needs during operating hours and address situations to keep customer lines moving and fresh products available.
Qualifications and Skills:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lead in high energy environment
- Experience with hiring, training, and managing employees
- Must be ServSafe certified
Responsibilities and Duties
Assistant managers must be adept in all aspects of the business. They must be able to take responsibility in the absence of the store manager.
- Sales – actively drive sales by encouraging and guiding assistant managers and crew members.
- Customer Service – Our customers are the reason we exist and what keeps us in business. Our goal is to provide each and every customer with exceptional customer service and to meet all of their needs and expectations in a friendly and outgoing manner. Our customers should never settle for an ordinary or routine experience.
- Product Quality – Ensure that our products meet our customer’s expectations and the guidelines set by Auntie Anne’s. Freshness tracking must be in place and utilized at all times.
- Sampling Program – Store Managers are responsible for implementing an active sampling program of at least 3 hours per day.
- Training - Work with store manager nsure that new and existing employees receive complete and proper training before giving them new responsibilities. Employees must be trained for success. All employees must be trained on HCAAP procedures and training and reporting must be followed at all times.
- Store Presentation – Must maintain sparkling clean and orderly stores. Responsible for closing the store and making sure all checklists are completed properly. Ensure employees are in proper uniform
- Inventory – Must be able to take inventory, place food order, and receive the truck
Pay
- $16.00 to $18.00 depending on experience
