Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour.

Business Card Title: Material Handler I, Manufacturing Support
Position Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and timely picking, dispensing, delivering, stocking and returning all raw materials used in production to and from the Raw Materials Warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
- Put items to stock accurately and efficiently.
- Transfer inventory from one location to another.
- Fill Kanban orders/replenish point of use inventory, as needed.
- Perform all duties w/ Safety, Quality and Delivery based results
- Support daily 5S and cleaning programs.
- Pick, Stage and Deliver Raw materials used in Production.
- Perform inventory transactions using the ERP system.
- Utilize RF Scanners to perform inventory transactions.
- Perform Material put away activities for both incoming products and intermediate manufactured products.
- Gather scrapped materials and follow the appropriate scrapping process.
- Perform cycle count activities on a daily basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Requires a minimum of 0 2 years related experience.
- Some background in material handling and general warehouse flow is preferred.
- Ability to operate various forklifts and aerial lifts.
- Proficient computer skills required for inventory maintenance.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand/walk.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
