Our client is seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill the role of Chapter Manager. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, and excellent communication and customer service skills. They will assist the chapter's President and board of directors in maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executing chapter tactics, and supporting various administrative and event management tasks. This position is crucial in supporting the mission and mandate, contributing to its success and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist stakeholders and management support in maintaining relations with internal and external contacts. Handling correspondence, travel schedules, contact database, support building, and maintaining key

relationships.

- Ensure timely execution of chapter tactics to achieve goals by providing insights and advice to the President and board of directors.

- Task-oriented to assist and coordinate board meetings, issue meeting minutes, and maintain accurate records. Also, transitions and compliance with bylaws.

- Must monitor media and social media for chapter-related information by identifying messaging and mage opportunities within various channels and accurately responding to phone and email messages.

- Handle various administrative tasks, including calendar management, assembling presentations, and maintaining records.

- Support the chapter's financial and inventory management as needed.

- Plan and execute events, promote conferences, and coordinate attendance, considering the budget and promotional material.

- Train members on using EO Hub, identify learning opportunities, and organize Forum training.

- Represent the chapter by participating in regional training and staff calls.

- Assist in special projects assigned by the President and board of directors.

Professional Background:

Previous experience on Project Coordination, Administration Support, Budgeting, Managing Events, Fast Paced Environments.
