Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning contents following a fire or water damage
- Cleaning floors, washing walls, disposing of garbage
- Occasionally assist with staging area and equipment for each project
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
Position Requirements
- Valid drivers license
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly
- Ability and willingness for continuous improvement in cleaning techniques, equipment, materials used on the job site (ie: vacuums/cleaners)
- Strong communication skills with both customers and supervisory staff; ability to work independently as well being flexible when needed by customers
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
