Based in Fort Morgan, CO you will be a superuser of our point-of-sale system, assisting Viaero team members with all forms of system support. You’ll also perform testing of new system functions and work with upgrades. In this role, you’re a vital part of keeping the sales business flowing, a truly critical member of the team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required, Associates Degree preferred
  • 2 years Customer Service experience required
  • Superior customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Intermediate or advanced skill with Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of PC and MS applications
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Good problem solving, critical thinking abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional stress management skills and abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including substance screening, criminal background and motor vehicle record checks
