Sr. Construction Manager

Seeking a full-time Senior Construction Manager overseeing a wide variety of numerous projects of various sizes and working with a team of inspectors.

Qualifications

• Experience with providing leadership and management of water treatment plant construction projects including multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience only on wastewater treatment plant could be sufficient as long as experience is in areas typical of water treatment plant projects.
• Understanding and experience with different delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Manager At-Risk, etc.) with an understanding of the benefits of each method.
• Knowledgeable in construction risk management specifically with 3rd-Party Construction Management

• B.S. in the construction/engineering field preferred.
  
• At least 15-years of experience, preferably 20-years
• Experience using construction document control software, specifically ProjectSite/ProLog, for managing construction projects. Knowledge of other products other than these two may be acceptable.
• Good written/verbal skills
• Located in Jackson area.
• Proven experience working as a Construction Manager.
• Preferably a certified in construction management or a professional engineer.
