About this job
The purpose of this position is to interface with PRMI Servicing clients where PRMI holds their home mortgage.
- Takes incoming calls and provides follow-up (which may include other departments) when appropriate
- Assists customers with payment options, due dates, loan details, setting up online accounts/payments, etc.
- Returns calls in a timely manner
- Monitors emails and responds appropriately
- Listens to borrower concerns
- Makes out-bound calls for non-default loans
- Provides instructions to borrowers regarding borrower authorization on file for 3rd parties and how to change mailing addresses
- Obtains information from borrowers to research payment when appropriate and tracks payments
- Interfaces with other corporate departments for data sharing as needed
