Customer Service / Switchboard Operator job details:
Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $14 per hour

• Operate a switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls
• Greet callers in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner
• Screen callers, respond to routine requests for information
• Use phone directories or persons within the department to locate individuals

Qualified candidates will have proficient computer skills, customer service skills, ability to handle abrasive callers, and able to work independently.
