About this job
• Receive orders from customers enter in the computer system.
• Arrange transport for customer orders through third party logistics companies.
• Ensure products are prepared for customer orders by liaison with Warehouse and Production.
• Ensure all shipments are made with correct documentation, labelling, and declarations.
• Work with Sales, Quality Management, Production, Warehouse, and Transport Companies to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Set up customers in the system.
• Create and maintain file on each customer account.
