Our client has an opening for an experienced legal assistant/paralegal with a Personal Injury background and the preference is on the Plaintiff side.
Job title is Account Representative
The role of an Account Representative involves overseeing the funding aspects of cases within the sales department. This specialist is responsible for the execution of contract to all parties involved and keeping track of the status of cases,
Key responsibilities:
· Act as a primary point of contact between our company and clients, and law firms handling our cases
-Sending out contracts via Docusign
· Work closely with legal professionals to ensure the smooth progression of funding cases
· Develop an understanding of our case management system and utilize it to track and update case information
· Monitor the progress of cases
· Conduct thorough research to gather additional case-related information
· Stay up to date on updates
Qualifications:
· Associate’s or higher degree preferred
· Proven experience as a Personal Injury paralegal for at least 2-3 years
· Strong understanding of personal injury legal processes
· Detail-oriented
· Professional work ethic
· Effective communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Bilingual is a plus
