Hiring Customer Service Reps - $21/hour - Part-time

PAY: $21/hour and $31.50 for OT

REQUIREMENTS: 1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting

HIRING PROCESS: Hire off resume and test scores (NO CLIENT INTERVIEW)

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is a customer service call center position with a Pharmacy Benefit Management company. 90% inbound calls and 10% outbound to follow up. Representatives will be taking up to 80 calls a day from either Medicare Part D, Member or Physician/Phar
