Role: Manager of Clubhouse Programs – Ramsey County Reports to: Director of Clubhouse Programs FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $62,000+ based on experience

Do you have a desire to support folks living with a mental illness in reaching their full potential? Do you enjoy creating safe and inclusive communities? Does program development excite you? Do you have supervisory or management experience? Are you ready for a new opportunity? Vail Place is opening a Clubhouse Program in Ramsey County, and we're looking for an energetic, organized, and community-focused Manager to assist us in developing our new Clubhouse and running the day-to-day operations.

Who are we?

Vail is a community for adults with serious mental illness, serving as a single point of access and coordination. We have been serving the Twin Cities for over 40 years! Guided by our mission and core values, we offer purpose, direction, and hope.

Mental illness impacts people of all backgrounds and identities. We strive to establish communities that value inclusivity, safety, and the importance of all voices and where everyone feels welcome. The decisions we make for our organization, now and in the future, reflect the voices and choices of our staff and those we serve.

What do we offer?

Our employees are the best part of Vail. We are pleased to provide a collaborative work environment with excellent rewards and benefits. In addition to our core benefits package, you will receive free and low-cost ancillary health services for you and your family. We offer superior work-life balance by providing generous paid time off starting at 3 weeks per calendar year, 13 company-paid holidays, 3 personal days, and safe and sick time allowances. Additional offerings include paid training and CEU opportunities, company-issued laptops, and an Employee Assistance Program to support employees and their families.

What will you do?

The Manager of the Ramsey County Clubhouse will develop a deep knowledge of the Clubhouse International Standards while assisting the Director in leading a team to ensure the running of a successful Clubhouse. This position will ensure consistent and accurate data quality and recordkeeping, supervise Community Support Generalists, and create new or improved means to support the various branches of Clubhouse work, including employment, food service, daily programming and meetings, special events, and more. The Manager of Clubhouse Programs will be working with members at the Clubhouse on seeking abilities and strengths in individuals and working toward recovery through meaningful activities. The Manager will also be working side by side with members to engage and participate in a "work-ordered day."

For the first few months of this position, the Clubhouse Manager will work with Vail Place staff to develop relationships with partners in Ramsey County and with potential members, to shape the culture and community of the Ramsey County Clubhouse, and to make the grand opening of the Clubhouse a success.
