Responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, supporting lock desk work-flow by utilizing our pricing engine and investor websites. Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures, and implementation with all guidelines set forth

Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred.
- Experience using the Encompass Loan Operating System.
- Experience working on a lock desk dealing with many correspondent investors.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
