What you’ll do:

As a Grant Coordinator, you will manage grant funding for Registered Apprenticeship Programs and other opportunities overseen by the Workforce Solutions Team. Your responsibilities include overseeing proposals, applications, and data requirements, seeking out relevant grant opportunities, maintaining master files, and providing reports to Lifepoint Health leadership, facilities, grant administrators, and other program beneficiaries.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Research various types of grants available and the criteria to qualify for each.
  • Discuss available sources of funding with administrative leaders.
  • Obtain necessary approvals with internal leadership.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, divisional leaders, and stakeholders to gather application information.
  • Ensures grant is submitted on time and within application parameters.
  • Completes all documents, forms, or reports required by the grant. 
  • Develops and maintains master files on grants and data requirements connected to programs funded by grants.

Qualifications

What you'll need: 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

 

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ related experience managing grants up to $2 million at the federal, state, and/or regional level. Experience with registered apprenticeship programs preferred. 

 

Certifications/Licensures: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
