Hiring all positions Full time and Part time-12615 W. Colonial Dr Winter Garden Fl

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Slicing vegetables, meat and other ingredients
• Ensuring the set nutritional and sanitary regulations are met
• Accurately labelling and storing food items in the pantry
• Maintaining ingredient stocks
• Providing assistance to the Head Chef
• Preparing salads, sauces, side dishes and entrees for different course menus
• Planning the daily kitchen duties in line with the Chef’s prep list
• Ensure all waste control guidelines, all sanitation regulations, health codes, all quality standards, portion sizes, policies, and procedures are being followed
• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
