Call Center for Primary Care Office looking for candidate with call center/healthcare experience
Temp to Perm :
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (Part time options available)
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties to facilitate patient access to physician practice services
- Responsible to answering incoming calls to facilitate entering orders, scheduling appointments, enter prescriptions for the physician’s review, documentation of phone contact with patient, management of the electronic faxes, release of information compliance, inform patients of test results, as well as any other tasks assigned to the Call Center.
- Work as a liaison between physician offices to ensure coordination of patient care and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Equal to completion of four years of high school required
- Strong computer skills are required and must type at least 35 WPM
- Must have call center / medical or healthcare experience
