Job Description
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong accounting background to assist our client and their accounting team as they grow and expand their operations in Lawrenceville!
JOB TITLE: Accounts Receivable Specialist
LOCATION: Lawrenceville, GA
HOURS: 8 am to 5 pm
TYPE: Temp-To-Perm
PAY: 40-50,000k a year (BOE)
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will:
-Support the Accounts Payable/ Receivable department
-Has great experience in Accounting, Invoicing and Collections
-Has intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables)
-Will exhibit a professional demeanor at all times
The ideal candidate for The Accounts Receivable Specialist has:
-Two years of proven Accounts Receivable experience.
-Excellent data entry and Microsoft Office Suite skills
-Great knowledge of Excel
-Outstanding oral and written communication skills
-A High School Diploma or GED
Essential qualities in The Accounts Receivable Specialist candidate:
-Detailed oriented
-Self-starter and able to work independently.
-Highly organized and able to multitask based on priorities.
-Problem solver and analytical thinker
