Located in Vancouver, WA - DIRECT-HIRE
Are you a Licensed Insurance Agent with a good moral compass? Our client is looking for you for this Direct-Hire opportunity!
Simply pushing folks to purchase any insurance is not enough. Our client is looking for someone who values respect, integrity, and honesty. The right agent will have a strong focus on educating clients to ensure they have all the details to make an informed decision about what is best for their specific needs, not simply based on price alone.
As an independently owned and operated insurance agency, our client has been in business for over 70 years. Their friendly team has many years of combined insurance experience to bring you the friendly and knowledgeable service they are known for. They are here to provide you with helpful information and support, so you can quickly and easily select a policy that meets your requirements.
Since our client is independent, they have the advantage of working with many insurance carriers. They will work with you to find solutions to address your insurance coverage requirements at a competitive price with their high-quality carriers.
Requirements:
- 1 year of prior Personal Line insurance experience, as a licensed agent
- Property and Casualty License
- Prior experience working in an insurance office setting
- Experience with HawkSoft is preferred but not required
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm (one hour lunch)
Payrate: $26-$28/hour DOE + Commissions
Direct Hire Position - Benefits include:
- Employee and family paid medical/dental/vision
- 12 Paid Sick days a year
- Vacation time – 1 – 4 weeks depending on years of service
- Most major holidays off/paid
