At The Bin Spot, we are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and talented store manager to join our team. Applicants must possess experience and great customer service skills. As a store manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience while also ensuring that the store is operating properly.
** This position is 2-step interview process and will require a Zoom meeting for the 2nd interview . Upon hire, training will require applicant to travel to our headquarters in Homosassa, Florida (company will pay for expenses) for 1-2 weeks. **
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to be able to answer customer questions.
- Assist with the merchandising of products on the sales floor to ensure an attractive and organized display.
- Restock the store daily when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available for customer purchase.
- Operate and balance cash registers and credit card machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and employee records.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 Years Management Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years Cashier Experience
Salary:
- Base Salary: $52,000 + Monthly bonuses based on stores performance
- Year-End bonuses based on stores performance
