Peters Brothers, Inc. is hiring CDL B Local Tri-Axle Driver in Lenhartsville, PA. Compensation

• Paid $24.25 per hour with 40+ hours weekly
• Overtime pay after 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly
• Bonuses:
  • Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150 each quarter
  • End of Year Safety Bonus
  • Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $125 for any inspection level
  • Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days
• Additional Pay: Seniority pay increase
• Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home daily!
• Schedule: Primarily day shift with occasional night work
  • 8-10 hour shifts
• Route: Local construction site work
• Level of Touch: 100% No Touch Freight

Equipment

• Late model tri-axle trucks
• Automatic & manual transmission
• Dual facing camera for safety purposes
  • Automatically activated when on drive line

Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years of age
• Must have CDL B or A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Some tri-axle experience required, paving experience a plus
• Must have a steady work history averaging 1 year or more at jobs in the last 3 years
• No prior positive drug/alcohol test results or refusal to test results
• No DUI/DWIs within last 10 years
• No major accidents or violations within last 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 25 miles of Lenhartsville, PA
