Role Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children. As an integral part of our organization, you will contribute to a thriving caseload, providing essential services and support to help children overcome speech and language difficulties, as well as assisting with feeding experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language difficulties, addressing problematic behaviors as needed.
  • Identify and implement effective treatment options, while advising and counseling teachers on techniques for consistent application outside the treatment environment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific functional needs.
  • Conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress for children on your caseload.
  • Adhere to individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with the needs of each child.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a speech-language pathologist.
  • Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of speech-language pathology.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage patients with different personalities and behaviors.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A master's degree or greater in speech-language pathology is required.
  • Valid license to practice as a speech-language pathologist or in the process of obtaining a license.
  • Expertise in utilizing Google Suite products professionally.
