SUMMARY DESCRIPTION AND SKILLS:

This position is part of our Columbia Dentoform team, who manufactures examination teeth from beginning to finish. The Finisher role is an integral part of the team, as this role assists in epoxy finishing, tooth finishing and special mold and model assembly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pour molds to produce teeth, finishing and assembling the parts with great accuracy, ensuring they are clean and free of adhesive
• Fill soft molds with specific materials needed for the product
• De-mold parts, assemble, finish and polish
• Assist in epoxy finishing, tooth finishing and special model assembly as needed
• Prompt regular attendance is required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in small parts assembly and/or mold making
• Knowledge of tooth anatomy a plus
• Read, write and verbally communicate in English
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or similar inventory control system a plus

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to sit, stand and perform repetitive activities for sustained periods of time
• Able to see, feel and hear surface and functional defects and handle small parts
• Able to operate equipment; lift and move finished product weighing up to 20 lbs
