Duties:

  • Daily Sign-in process with all vendors for project documentation.
  • Assist in subcontractor pre-qualification process.
  • Coordinate the project team meetings and schedules as required.
  • Documentation and preparation of meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and organize incoming requests for proposal (RFP).
  • Process submittals in database and monitor final accounting forms.
  • Follow up with City/County agencies regarding permits, entitlements, etc.
  • Prepares weekly progress status reports.
  • Document project delays.
  • General Administrative duties

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written Communication Skills.
  • Ability to accelerate learning curve.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Microsoft Office experience

CONSTRUCTION WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time construction Project Coordinator position works 40+ hours per week, usually working an early schedule depending on the individual project.
